Benschmark Plumbing Pty Ltd took part in the recently completed 2 million dollar fit out of Sake Restaurant for The Bavarian Hospitality Group. Working closely with the head contractor, ICMG Pty Ltd and architects Luchetti Krelle, and various other trades the job was successfully built in a tight 8 week time frame.

Working tirelessly to bring the job over the line and in difficult conditions due to the building being heritage listed Benschmark Plumbing successfully delivered its part of the project including a specialised kitchen with a Rox wash water filter system for world renowned chef Shaun Presland.

CENTRAL BACKPACKERS, SURRY HILLS

Benschmark Plumbing Pty Ltd is currently contracted by A and Parkes Constructions Pty Ltd to undertake a $450,000.00 hydraulic contract to the former MGM building at 28 Chalmers St, Surry Hills. This construction project features multiple bathrooms, a full commercial kitchen and bar and complete new hydraulic system. The building consists of 3 original levels with a 4th level being added posing a unique but welcome challenge to the entire team.
